Targets are set deliberately high and the second you fall short, even if it’s only for a month, you become the next target of management, feeling like your job is hanging by a thread. - The management team is unprofessional and show absolutely no boundaries. Several are involved in personal romantic relationships with each other, which not only causes favouritism but also means they spend more time focused on their private lives than on supporting their staff. Those same managers are untouchable because they’re protected by directors, no matter how poor their performance is or how toxic their behaviour is. Staff complaints and concerns are ignored because loyalty to personal relationships comes before fairness or accountability. - The turnover rate demonstrates how poor the work environment is. Within the year I worked there, upwards of 60+ people left the department I was in alone. Nobody sees this as a long term career, employees use it purely to gain experience before moving on. The atmosphere among staff is cliquey and petty, with gossip and office politics overshadowing any real sense of team work. This company destroyed my mental health and left me anxious, burnt out and paranoid. I would strongly advise anyone considering a role here to think twice. The experience you gain here is not worth the personal cost, and there are far healthier, more professional environments to build your career in.
