This place is really turned around as to compared to 10 or 15 years ago! The owners daughter is now in charge, she really cares about the people who work here. She understands that job stability and health insurance are important. The building is completely remodeled inside and out, it’s like a whole new planet. It is super beautiful and very modern!

There is no parking, It is not busy, which means your bonus will suffer, as soon as you become close with a co-worker or start to like your boss you get a new one, and even though you don't come to work to make friends you come to be productive and with a constant rate of change you accomplish nothing. We are one of the most underpaid dealerships. Since we don't sell much inventory you don't have the opportunity to make a lot of money. I've been the top rep since I started yet I still don't make us much as I should/would if I worked somewhere else. There is no room to move up in the company because upper management does not hire within.
