Very good pay and benefits. Among the better in area. Good working conditions, climate controled building. Union shop!! Supervisors range from good to poor depending on dept. Has taken good care of my family for many years

Even with a Union can be a challenging place to work. Seems like almost everything is a fight. Human resources not much help. Don't assume they are there to help you. Can answer basic questions, still wonder if they're giving you correct info. From what i can gather,Winpak as a corp. is a good, fair, well run company. The current management in Pekin ? Not so sure i can make that statement. Some decisions leave you scratching you're head or down right make you angry.. I worry about their future in Pekin
