The people of our leadership teams take the time to learn everyone's name and fosters the collaboration between all of the different groups within the company. There are quarterly meetings where all employees are brought up to date as to the company's progress. Every year, we are advised of what the coming year's focus is and given a plan as to how the leadership team believes that the outlined goals can be achieved. They are very good about keeping randomization down so that we can all march forward as a team. John, our CEO is an awesome person and a joy to work for. His energy and passion for our company is contagious.

Hiring is a bit slow. Jobs remain open for long periods of time. Our vacation time could be improved. Personal goal setting and assistance with achieving them could be better. In the "technology sector" the company is a bit below the region where salaries are concerned.
