      Winston is an equal opportunity place of employment! I love that when you are hired to do a job, the company gives you the responsibility and freedom to do the job. The small family type atmosphere is great as well.

      Small family owned business is not for everyone...but if you like that type of place to work...this is the place.

      Thanks for taking the time to review the company. You are right about the small family owned atmosphere being both a pro and a con. I hope to never lose that small business mentality that allows us to know everyone's name, but there are also some benefits that come with working from a bigger company as well. We'll certainly continue to push to grow, while keeping in mind that we never want to lose those relationships. Shaun

      Clean,. organized , work is fairly easy ... everyone likes their job...air conditioned 4 day work week...people from all walks of life ..

      The work is easy, mind-numbingly If you show up you'll get paid, you really don't have to do anything

      Low pay If you do decide to work you won't get any recognition You have to wait for someone to die or quit to get a promotion They will give you a 2% COA and call it a raise.
