Very few holidays. Even if there is a holiday (ie. thanksgiving) it's mandatory to work warehouse shifts due to planning errors. Pay is way below market rate. No pay adjustments, rarely any bonuses. A LOT of micro management. ie. Even as a salaried employee, they check your login times to make sure you're there for 8 hours and sends out ridiculous reminder emails even when you do scan in A LOT of bureaucracy and family bureaucracy. Overall not very forward-thinking, flexible, or trusting. Does not foster an appreciative environment. Treats workers in a manner convenient for them. (ie. RMA gifts as Christmas presents, shuffles work to employees that do nothing in relation) Conflicts of interest and methods of doing things results in nothing getting done. Kind of like our government.
