Great caring CEO, because CEO cares, it has a family atmosphere most of the time, reasonable work life balance, interesting projects, excellent management tools to control projects.

Continuous revolving door. If you hire on, recognize it may be only for a short stent. Prior ownership attitudes still prevalent in certain top management positions which hurt both employee and client relations.
