-Ridged and too process driven and techs spend more time making sure ticket information fit into there perfect mold. You feel less like a tech and can spend less time being a tech. Constant micromanagement by rather misguided and incompetent account executives. -A very misguided and directed bunch. Trying too many different major changes at the same time. -Very poor follow through at the highest levels of management. Just all over the place -Employs at least 6 individuals whose sole purpose is to micromanage and critic there bizarre and rigid ticket details and metrics. -Tons of duplication in paperwork and information management. -Always being expected to achieve more and more with little to no pay increase, while watching a large number of staff members (mostly internal admin) doing bare minimum. -The admin staff is a massive problem and one of my top reasons for departing -A family and close knite Top level. Unfortunately it's the top players under the direct leadership that have brought it to a major decline. -With select staff member in place, there will always be too many problems here and not worth the aggravation. -On call is an absolute dreadful experience
