I have heard many of my friends who has worked at this company. This company hasn't a good project management system and not good for experience developer more than 2 years. This company is not good for financial growth and good technical growth for experience developer more than 2 years. Salary increment after one year Salary deduction policy. Hire and fire policy. This company does not provide any extra activity like visiting places, movie etc. for the employees.
