Vantaggi

Pay was good Quarterly bonuses paid regardless of your contribution to the bottom line Unlimited vacation (from what I do not know) Free food (if you watch your step) Free booze (dependent on how often of your colleagues get laid off or quit) Incredible platform for side hustles since you most likely won't be doing anything and can work from home Free laptop (for your side hustles!) Complete autonomy (i.e. no management whatsoever) Great severance (2 months + more when they forget to take you off of the payroll!)

Svantaggi

WLB but in reverse -- not enough work -- your career will suffer unless you start doing side work Parent company has such a bad reputation that if you do get slated for a project, then be prepared to be interviewed before you can even be considered Extremely weak leadership -- said next to nothing and did even less Inexperienced co-workers who really do not belong in this line of work No stability -- layoffs, firings (including escorted walkouts from the premises) as well as mass exiting including multiple global heads, studio leads, etc. No sales -- they all left No recruitment -- they all left Education stipend was a lie -- it doesn't cover much

Vantaggi

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Svantaggi

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Vantaggi

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Svantaggi

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
