      Wire 3 has an awesome work environment. The entire team is super fun and laid-back. The CEO encourages new ideas and trusts in his employees. There's no micro-management and the benefits are great. I can't stress enough how happy I am to work with this company.

      Ummm... I guess there's not a huge amount of diversity yet, but that's mainly just because it's a new company with a small staff. I can't wait to see this place grow!

      Friendly work environment, generally skilled coworkers.

      Cloistered leadership decision making, Leadership fearful/avoidant of tough conversations, leadership lacks communication skills in general, lots of blue collar leadership. Health benefits are "100%" mind with a massive deductible. Pretty much need to end up in the hospital to gain any benefit. No option for PPO or better services.
