No support is provided to small teams, people of color and non-favorites. Senior, white members of larger teams namely Editorial are fully supported by the Editor in Chief to dictate how the entire company should run, when other employees should work and how. If you are not in that group, you are gaslit, you are threatened, you are pushed out, your reputation is completely smeared in an attempt for groups in power to maintain "integrity" and remain in power. It's unlike anything I have ever witnessed. If you're white and senior on edit or have worked there for many many years then you may be ok, if you are not, you will have an incredibly difficult time. I urge anyone to reconsider - also there is no HR support no support from leadership and they say that they run internal investigations but you never actually hear any outcomes. It is not a friendly place. all other reviews are true. I am not a disgruntled employee I am one that deeply cares about people that are suffering at this company the same way they are suffering out in the world.
