      Background: Former inside/outsides sales in a very corporate Fortune 500 company CULTURE CULTURE CULTURE! I was extremely cautious leaving the "corporate world", however that was the best decision I have ever made. My first day with Wiredrive, everyone was very friendly, genuine, and made you feel welcomed. The culture here is unmatched. Today is my 4th day here, managers really dedicate their time to train you and make sure you have the tools are resources to succeed. Upper management communicates with you, makes sure everyone is aware of the companies goals and objectives, and every single employee is dedicated to help grow this business.

      Small Office, however we are moving to a larger office in May. We are growing, which is a good sign so its not a huge deal.

      Working at Wiredrive after working for a lot of crappy companies has been a very good eye opener to what a good company culture should be. Always trying to have the most positive and respectful outlook on developing a strong and competitive brand.

      There are growing pains as with any company, but that will just be something that fixes itself over time.There is nothing else I can really see as a con.
