WCP is one of those crooked employer who always underpay employees that could be seen from Inaccurate pay/commission checks, and pushes employees to sell services that customers don't even need. Its a money minded dealer with low morale and high turnover. Broken fixture wont get fixed for months, Always low on stock, I don't know how this dealer still have a license to operate business under Rogers banner. Unprofessional District Managers pulling each others legs to get ahead. I've personally been a victim of manager's unacceptable behavior to my coworkers. Don't bother applying for this particular dealer unless you are a middle eastern. (Owner is middle eastern and you will see employees get fired without warning and any valid reason within first 3-6 months, but middle eastern stays longer).

Its a good short term starting job that depending on your sales can pay decent commission.

If you are looking for a long term job this is NOT the right place to be, they rarely promote and good luck getting a raise anytime within your time working there. The management puts an unnecessary amount of pressure on the associates to sell to customers, teaching them to take advantage of certain people. If you need any help with customers or something fixed in the store it will take weeks to get done. The communication is horrible. Almost all of the locations were low on staff constantly, leading to work 11 hour shifts alone. They will not listen to your requests to hire people until you can't function without another person. If you choice to work here be prepared, they offer no benefits, no chance of moving up, and the company doesn't value or appropriate any of their employees.
