Our goal is to provide a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and fairly compensated. We use market guidelines to offer competitive wages, combining an hourly wage with commission and bonuses. While our employee turnover is significantly lower than the retail industry average, we recognize that there is always room for improvement. Since this role is in sales, it has consistently involved the responsibility of conducting customer phone calls as part of its job requirements and expectations.
