A good platform to meet and work with talented people who are nice and helpful. Comfortable working environment and insightful leaders.

The organization structure is kinda loose and the cooperation between different divisions is sometimes impacted due to the matrix.

- First and foremost everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. - Tech stack is cutting edge and flexible. - Developers are expected to design the solutions in terms of HA, scalability and cost. Developers are also expected to own the solutions end to end. - Architects make developers feel like they are here for developers and to advise on advanced decision making. They are helpful and approachable. - Managers are clear communicators and transparent about expectations. - Many opportunities to learn new technologies. - Car-tech is a super exciting domain. - Wirelesscar is an established company but they did not fall into the traps of hierarchy and slowness. Everything is discussed through rationally and hierarchy is flat. Source of the decisions are clear and rational. Decisions are made relatively fast compared to other established companies. - Good work life balance. - Very nice events both in terms of social and tech. - Hybrid-remote work opportunity.

- Some teams do not have their space in the office everyday. Just for some days they have it. So office areas are shared between team depending on the day. I personally do not enjoy it and want to have my own space everyday. Sure sharing cut costs and enables hybrid-remote work.
