Flexibility in working hours, great employees in general, hybrid/remote based on your role.

Toxic work culture. Inappropriate behaviour is tolerated for too long or even encouraged. People (especially women) are told they don’t have any management/leaderships skills and no actual feedback is given to change or improve.
