Paul Wishermann is a terrible leader. Made our GM of the year walk out without saying goodbye after he resigned. Too much raising the voice and belittling people in front of employee and guests. The bad reputation he has keeps people from working here and causes people to leave. No amount of buffer will matter, he will eventually manage to offend and embarrass every leader he has.
