This company fell victim to the corporate M&A by being consumed by We Energies, the piece of crap company out of Milwaukee. They were sold out to We Energies, and since then, have been all down hill. Leadership is by fear. Employees do not exist in the new world. Look around customers-they turned a great company into a company of no community involvement, poor storm response, and poor employee morale. They now have 4 day storm restorations, no local leadership, no employee involvement in your communities, and you wonder how good they are. Stay clear. The We Energies way, you are an at will employee, and can be terminated at any time, and they let you know it daily, with every document they print. There are a lot of better companies to work for. Invest in these guys because they pay good dividends. Don't send your sons or daughters to go work for them.
