      Toxic work environment - some team leaders took credit for work done by others. Favoritism - some employees have been promoted while performance/remuneration reciews were frozen company wide. Ancient technology - 2025 was the year when the company finally removed the need for RDP, but CargoWise remains a two-tiered application. Shady management - former CEO and other members of the board are being investigated for different irregularities.
