feeling the same to all negative review on glassdoor. The company drives me to feel anxious even after quitting the job. Questionable management that always urge staff to try new things and new direction while no one have time to maintain the existing products and clients. The platform is not competitive compared to the competitior because of the lack in basic functions. However, the company ignores those problems and tries to seek fancy tech stuff like AI. (No one single new item is sellable and the old item is losing its privilege.) The sales department got top privilege in office. Other department need to bear with their mistake, help them to sell, help with pitch and even sales planning. and be blamed of not preforming well in these jobs which not supposed to be our responsibility. The company do not treasures staff. If you work hard, you will get more jobs but no rise in title and pay. While they will hire someone with no experience and knowledge to the industry as the senior/management, enjoying higher payment and lower workload.
