1. The company's philosophy is sacrificing efficiency and quality for lower costs, which resulted in significant insufficient manpower in most departments. 2. The serious understuffing lead into ambiguity in responsibilities. the employee with the strongest sense of responsibility is going to have the most workload and mental pressure for sure. Junior stuffs are frequently pulled into unfamiliar projects without being given sufficient information, causing more chaos and time waste. Managers often find themselves buried into lots of executive work, leaving no time to enhance the management or train the juniors.  3. Sales team does not effectively manage clients' expectation, allowing clients to make endless unreasonable demands, which puts additional pressure on other departments. 4. Poor AI capabilities, resulting in poor quality of data and project outputs. A tremendous amount of manual effort is required for adjustments, making the outputs more “Artificial” than “Artificial intelligence”
