Vantaggi

I had a great Manager who helped me a lot but also realized how crooked the company was. I made $21/hour and got paid for training. My manager would tell me to always take the time off if I was sick. They didn't put the job before my health so I guess that was cool.

Svantaggi

They asked me to bring more US based virtual assistants on board, but did not give them the same options. They had to train for nothing and hardly ever were the trainings on time. You would have to wait around to get pinged to get on the training. Also, they promised a lot of things for us. Paid holidays, vacation days, and sick days and then went back and said sorry that it was only for the Indian virtual assistants. I should of made sure everything was in the contract but was going based on what I was told. (These trainings were also recorded where they would tell me one thing and then another). So I decided to leave to go work for a different company who I brought to Wishup and told them to hire people from there, and therefore they called it a breach of contract and tried to sue myself and that company for $36,000 each. Let alone they held my last check. So, I work the entire month of December for no pay.
