I joined Wissen Technology as a graduate in 2017. Since joining I have worked on multiple projects in banking and finance. The good thing about my journey is that I get to take full ownership of the module I work on and seniors actually help me to achieve my goals. It is a place for you if you want to get exposure on latest technologies in investment banking. You have to work hard sometimes but it is equally satisfying. Recently the management has increased the focus on learning and I get to attend lot of trainings on domain and technology. The management is receptive and actually try to solve the problems.
