Employee Benefits:
We are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package for all our employees. This includes a significant Learning and Development budget for each employee, daily lunch vouchers, access to our office's gym (featuring high-end equipment and a variety of courses) for a nominal fee, free fruits available for all, regular team events and more.
Management and Workload:
We understand that challenges related to workload and management can impact the overall employee experience. Within the last months, we have initiated both internal and external management training programs aimed at enhancing our leadership capabilities and fostering positive changes, and have put in place various other actions. It’s a continuous process and we are dedicated to always doing better!
