I have a great manager who gives me enough autonomy to carry out my deals and at the same time trains/helps me when I need it. We have a great product to sell with many opportunities. I like the fact that we are encouraged to meet prospects in real life and not just via visio.

Culture of Collaboration: Despite its challenges, Witco maintained a culture where collaboration and creativity were encouraged, adding to the daily job satisfaction.

Questionable Management Decisions: One of the major downsides of working at Witco was the management style. Often, decisions seemed erratic and poorly thought out, leading to confusion and frustration among team members. Lack of Benefits: Witco did not offer the benefits or perks that are usually expected in similar roles, making it hard to feel fully appreciated for the work done. High Workload: The workload at Witco was consistently excessive, leading to long hours and stress. The amount of work often felt unsustainable and impacted work-life balance. Inconsistent Leadership: The leadership team at Witco was often out of touch with employee needs and the realities of our projects, which led to additional challenges and dissatisfaction.

This includes a significant Learning and Development budget for each employee, daily lunch vouchers, access to our office's gym (featuring high-end equipment and a variety of courses) for a nominal fee, free fruits available for all, regular team events and more. Management and Workload: We understand that challenges related to workload and management can impact the overall employee experience. Within the last months, we have initiated both internal and external management training programs aimed at enhancing our leadership capabilities and fostering positive changes, and have put in place various other actions. It’s a continuous process and we are dedicated to always doing better! We sincerely appreciate the time you spent with us and genuinely wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
