- Turnover: Way too high, employees stay around 1 year. Beware of transparency, management loooves to transform the reasons for departures.
- Management and structure: Due to high turnover, management is unstable and almost non-existent. Decisions and teams constantly change, promises are not kept.
- Training: No additional training in over a year to help employees progress.
