Where to begin.... Why hire talent and experience but not utilise or respect it? The culture is one where you must say everything is awesome and post a party parrot on the company slack channel. Don't suggest improvements or solutions for business mistakes / ill thought through strategies or people not doing their jobs as it will be you who is bullied and made out to be a problem. Promotions do not happen based upon merit or performance simply like-ability and / or politics. All of this is because senior managers are not suited, from their experience, for their now quite important pivotal positions and clearly lack the skills, so cover their inexperienced backs and throw / allow others to be thrown under the bus. Finally little return on investment of employees is measured therefore they have no clue who to value except those who maintain the echo chamber of party parrot awesomeness!
