Not what you know -Attended a meeting with the product team (Tel Aviv) where they spent the meeting going over slides with images of a military training a member of the team attended. Meanwhile issues were not discussed as expected causing users frustration and increasing or workload. -Global teams are not looked after and are on their own -Every few months a restructure occurs and everything changes completly. In some cases you will return to a previous restructure which just shows they have no clue what they are doing, causing all staff stress with constant procedure changes back and forth
