I joined Wizeline back in May to be one of the first members of the sales team. From day one it was obvious the exec team was on the ball to say the least. The product itself is incredible, and the best possible team to execute bringing it to market is here and firing on all cylinders. As a younger company we have from the get-go put great emphasis on making new team members successful by implementing very thorough training and continuing education processes. The exec team understands the importance of hiring the right people and investing in them. From a sales perspective we have really keyed in on a problem in our market and are solving it in a very meaningful way. It's exciting to have an opportunity to change the landscape of Product Management & Strategy in a fundamental way. The compensation is great, and the work stimulating. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

This is going to sound crazy, but there are no real cons. There's no one here I wouldn't be happy to work with again. The company will always have things to improve upon, but we have enough realism and introspection to talk openly about those things and take action. The following should go without saying, but I'll say it anyway. Be prepared to work hard. Not for the sake of doing so, but because we have an incredible opportunity to capitalize on and are genuinely excited to put in the effort. If you want to push yourself and learn new skills while being a part of something incredible, this is the place for you. If you want to clock in and collect a paycheck, don't bother.
