unorganized, unprofessional, tiny company
This consulting company required trainees to live in a big house and get trained for several months (very likely more than 5 months) before getting on contract. The boss whose role is also the trainer here was very emotional on running a company. When he had a bad mood or got unknown reason sometimes, he would directly skip one week training without proper notice and left training plans much behind schedule. Training session itself is very random, he would talk whatever came into his head. Also, once in a while, he asked some trainees to leave for nonsense.
AVOID this company if you can. If you can't, go and find a larger consulting company.
