Only pro I can think of is, if you're a graduate fresh out of college and want to learn a number of different laboratory techniques this place would suit in the short term.

The training here is a joke!!! I was assigned a trainer who tried to train me in and do his own job at the same time. Doing two things at once? .......Not possible. Everything was done in a rush, rush manner. You're expected to pickup on everything all at once. Mistakes inevitably happened and straight away the finger is pointed at you. This place has a very high turn over of staff unsurprisingly, also under resourced (always short on glassware and standards). If you want to be over worked and under paid this is the right place.
