Very poor management culture. Favouritism and nepotism are rife. Poor performance by favoured managers is overlooked, whist strong performers are sidelined. Poor behaviours (bullying, false accusations etc) are ignored by HR. Lack of any real leadership. Site lacks investment, has done for years - and it shows. Pay and benefits are significantly behind industry norms.
