The founder of Wogan Group, Jonathan Wogan is an amazing boss. He is caring, compassionate, doesn't micromanage, allows flexibility, values his employees, and pays people what they deserve.

Communication is lacking and supervisor feedback needs to happen regularly.

Wogan Group is no longer a management company!!

There was only had one person working in compliance, which made it impossible to for any recertifications to be completed in a timely manner. the compliance person let more than 100 recertifications become past due once Wogan announced they were going out of business. Upper management was horrible with communication and did not pay the residents utility reimbursements from March - October.
