- Currently bought out/being acquired so everything is up in the air. You will not be producing/shipping anything tangible in the next 1-2 years at a minimum - Extreme poor leadership communication and planning. No one knows who is doing what and what is happening with the merge (or they're not saying) - Everyone is talking about layoffs except leadership, and it's not a if but when - Most if not all main projects getting moved to the US so you will not be getting anything interesting working at Wolt anymore - Poor work life balance as you're expected to take calls with people in the US (meaning a lot of calls after 5pm)
