Working 50 hours per week is not only normal, but it is expected of you. People are really burnt out, crying in meetings, yelled at. Women are not treated well at all - misogyny is very much alive at Wolt. There are several people in the senior leadership that just simply treat other people very badly and their bosses and HR allow that to happen.
