Not recommended at all - Recensione dipendente - Customer Support Associate presso Wolt

The salary is really low, moreover the place is filled with toxic environment (leadership) and micromanagement is part of a daily life. Other departments of the company are visibly favored, the support department is treated like the lowest part of the pyramid. There are no team building programs, no/really rare home office opportunities, we are treated like children. We had an extremely high rate of fluctuation, and the management did nothing to prevent it.
