The shifts are not properly assigned. You might be doing early morning then late night then morning again for months with one day off it between. Not healthy. Personal requests for shifts are rarely respected. Very low pay, with high pressure. Break(30min) striclty when they tell you, usually 2hours after shift starts. Only on-site work (excl. the 23:00-7:30 shift). Inadequet training, but strict evaluation. No interest about employee wellbeing.
