Wolverine bought the "Collective Group" a few years ago and since the acquisition the brands have all tanked. The culture is completely missing- there is none. Everyone is silo-ed and does not work together. People are promoted based on agreeing with upper management and not on how good you are or what you produce. If you are good at what you do, and have passion this may not be your environment. They promote everyone from Michigan and don't move talent up.
