Patriarchal company that is not female friendly. Very few women in senior leadership roles. The few who are do not attempt to mentor other women to help them advance into senior leadership. Zero opportunity to advance career in central services areas of the company. Best opportunity is to work within one of the brands, but seeking to transfer from a central services area to a brand is discouraged and, I suspect, often sabotaged. Corporate values are words only, not embodied by senior leadership.
