Despite its size and volume, the company made it an effort to keep employees updated every other week on key business updates across various verticals. - Flexibility: Hybrid in-office model at the time when I left earlier in 2026, they allowed 2 days wfh and 3 in-person days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. - Employee benefits: The company had a strong employee relations team and culture that's constantly bringing fun and exciting events to work.
