- Work life balance is nonexistent. - Unnecessarily promotes hustle culture and pressures employees. - Very few activities are planned for employee bonding, and when they are, they focus on improving 'WonderBotz' social media presence. - They take no action against toxic employees or toxic work culture. - Micro management is always at it's peak. - Cancelling approved leaves is very common. - There is a lack of communication across the organisation, and the leadership team does very little to improve this. - Unrealistic expectations are often set with clients, leading to extremely unhealthy work environments. - Aside from good pay, there are no other benefits one can expect. - They often create issues with settlements, notice period and other unusual agreement clauses, making it a very bitter exit experience.

Pros: - Good and helpful technical leads.

HRs: - They invent new hidden policy against you when you ask them for any help. - They do not have ears to listen, & if you try to speak up about something, they will go to any extent to manipulate you. Managers: - You will have worst managers of your life. - They will micromanage you like anything, will follow up 100 times a day on the task, will not let you work and scold you for not completing it in their imaginary timeline. - They believe in dictatorship & threaten to fire you anytime. - Its not an actual "1:1" when the manager calls you for it. You will not be allowed to talk & will only listen to their scold & harassment. - They will ask you to do something & completely deny the same in front of the skip-level manager & put all blame on you. (Of course HRs supports all of these.) - Promotion & hike happen based on your people-pleasing skills. Work Culture: - Believe in hiring and firing on a continuous basis. - Utilizes every opportunity to exploit you. - Supports & encourages toxic work culture and corporate politicians. - Believes in showing off, not the actual work. Tips: Join if you do not have a personal life and want your mental state to be messed up. If you have good people-pleasing skills & are good in politics, do not worry; you will have a good time and will definitely get a promotion & a good hike.
