- Founders, especially the CEO has no experience in Enterprise Sales, therefore no one is able to help you internally - No Marketing, not even a german website, nothing in terms of getting inbound leads - No territory plan from a go to market strategy for the individual contributors - Promoted an AE to the Sales Director, whom is very much incapable of dealing with anything internally and is definitely not capable of managing directs - Wonderflow is expecting you to close large strategic deals within 6 months within a territory, which has no footprint, 1 existing client with under 100k ACV - Sales strategy and structure is missing everywhere. I haven't came across a company, where there is really no plan for anything - Expensive travel costs caused by higher management, but then laying off people because of cost savings, sounds like a big contradiction
