      Nice facilities. Free food. The job was good at first except the training was minimal. The product is good quality, yet has many competitors who do a better QA job. QA and other groups have great people, yet the management at WW is awful.

      As a previous Review stated, if you are not a part of the cool kids club you had better forget having a pleasant work environment. Oh, and never piss off any of the original WW employees. They are like a vicious wolf pack protecting their cub. They will do anything to protect what they believe is theirs. The arrogance of the management is sad.

      Fast pace. Always something new to learn, never bored. Great management, very supportive.

      There's a lot to learn about this industry if you're not familiar with it. It will take a year or so to become comfortable with the terminology and technology.

      The buildings are pleasant. There is an onsite gym. Some people are competent.

      It's a personality driven company. If you are well liked, you can go far, regardless of your level of competence. If the cool kids don't like you, you will not be successful. Project planning is fiction, historical data about previous projects is not considered, all estimates are revised by higher-ups, resulting in all projects being delayed and employees urged to work harder than the 60 hours a week they currently work.
