Vantaggi
Supposedly mission-driven work but when you peel back the curtain that is really debatable.
Svantaggi
Wondros' main headquarters continues to have layoffs more than once a year. This is due to having a weak pipeline for new business and other core issues. However, my main critique is specifically of the management of the NIH contract. The NIH contract leadership is so bad, luckily being mediocre seems to be a big part of managing the relationship. The main "leader" is extremely mediocre and entitled a bad combination. It is clear that she has never people managed. She leads with cliquishness, passive aggressiveness, and overall ineptitude. She has surrounded herself with a team of division "leaders" that are equally mediocre and often unqualified for the tasks that they are supposed to deliver. This leads to uneven project management, unclear project outcomes, and poorly managed staff. They continue to do poor employee experience work only to never take the advice given to them by the employees. It is a cluster. I have actively discouraged people from coming to work here and will continue to do so. I would also be wary if you are from a minority group that is not preferred because you will be overlooked for opportunities to grow, not that there are many. I would have been gone if the economy was not so unsteady. The environment is chaotic, childish, and demoralizing, join these mediocre menaces at your own risk!
