* Low energy prices means low workload (not a diverse work group)
* The company goes out and sells a project without considering our skills for the work - then we look bad even though we did our best with what we have for talent
* Slow to hire the right help
* Young managers do not take charge and don't know how to do the work themselves. I don't know how they got their positions
* The executive assistant really runs the place and has a paid parking spot. Her relative is a manager
