- Office policy is a really big issue here. What you see and hear is different from what goes on in the background. - Promotion and movement is sometimes not merit-based at all. - There is a conception going around that we are the smartest people working for the best company and you do not see otherwise when you are younger and a starter. Once out, you see that it is not correct. There are smart people working for Woodside indeed, but also there are others like every other company. But there are much better companies to work for for sure.
