New building, decent salary packaging and benefits. Work life balance is pretty good and for the most part you can find everyone out of the office before 5pm (good and bad thing).

Performance tiering system encourages a toxic and competitive culture. No feedback given thus hindering growth and improvement. Echo other reviewers' sentiments on here - favoritism is clearly shown by management, and promotions and bonuses are not merit based. Senior management at the time brought up "cultural background" in an exit discussion to find blame for my resignation. Many seniors and managers are disconnected from their staff and have no technical skills
