      Large firm with offices across the country afford some opportunity to work in different locales. Geospatial department is always busy and constantly pulling in new work.

      Geospatial seems to be the only department that is busy. Seems that management is incapable of drumming up work for other departments. Very little work-sharing opportunities as offices try to preserve work for themselves.

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
