      Very stable environment. People stay for a very long time, and that was impressive to me when I decided to join the company.

      Not too many issues with them. And if you do, you can usually speak directly with someone that will address your concerns.

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.
