      Work place looks like a cheap cubicle designed by a bad engineer. No marketing. Everyone you work with has a different boss that works in a different city. Conflicting goals set for team members that restrict any kind of collaboration.

      Woolpert has over 30+ offices across the U.S. and Canada. While each has their own unique design, the office culture promotes teamwork and collaboration. We are proud of our Marketing team’s efforts to support our company brand. We evaluate the needs of the offices regularly, and take into consideration employee satisfaction with their environment through surveys. To support our people managers and employees, we provide training to improve collaboration and communication, aligning it with the organizational structure and geographical reach.

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
